Driveway Ball Mastery Workbook

Five high-rep drills for pavement and small backyards, the same touch habits we coach in private sessions across Boston, Cambridge, and Woburn.

Drill 1, Sole rolls (both feet)

Roll the ball under each sole across a 6-foot lane. 30 seconds per foot × 3 rounds.

Drill 2, Inside-outside taps

Inside then outside of the same foot, moving forward slowly. 10 touches per foot, 4 round trips.

Drill 3, Wall pass rhythm

One-touch returns off a garage door. Target 20 consecutive clean passes per foot.

Drill 4, Pull-back & push

Sole pull, open hips, push with outside of opposite foot. 10 reps each direction.

Drill 5, Weak-foot juggling ladder

Non-dominant foot only: 5 → 10 → 15 touches. Restart at 5 if you drop.
